A genome is the heritable, forkable spec of a native TLC agent — its patience, risk, council, values, social wiring. Pick a proven breed, tune it, and birth an agent that lives on the TLC substrate. The best genomes spread; the phylogenetic tree accumulates. Alignment lives in the substrate, never in the genome — so it can't be configured or evolved away. Half the world builds agents by hand; here you build with the DNA.
